Ursula Bolck-Jopp ist 1954 in München geboren. Von 1976 bis 1981 studierte sie an der Akademie der Bildenden Künste in München. Seit 1988 arbeitet sie als freiberufliche Malerin, zunächst in Düsseldorf und seit 1994 im Landkreis Landshut.
2005 wurde sie mit demKulturpreis der Stadt Landshut geehrt. Ihre Werke sind in zahlreichen Sammlungen vertreten, u.a. in der Kunstsammlung der Sparkasse Regensburg, in der Sammlung der Dr. Franz und Astrid Ritter- Stiftung in Straubing und in der Sammlung des Bezirks Niederbayern.
Ursula Bolck-Jopp ist seit 1994 freiberufliche Künstlerin im Landkreis Landshut und seither in mehr als 25 Einzelausstellungen vorgeststellt worden.
Sie ist erste Vorsitzende des Kunstvereins Landshut
